We are looking for a Software Asset Management (SAM) Officer – Madrid for a Bank client in Madrid.

The position comprises the following tasks:

· Prepare, create, present, follow, monitor, analyses, and report CIB IT licenses figures for his/her scope, in close collaboration with the Global SAM team.
· Contribute to any vendors inventories audit requests.
· Support the IT managers for software optimization.
· Contribute to the software deployment strategies.
· Prepare SW business cases.
· Manages the provision of licenses and maintenance contracts liaising with SW vendors within the European scope. Invoice monitoring.

Qualifications :

Requirements

·  Essential skills Systems Incl. languages previous experience required
·  Expertise in Software Asset Management with proven knowledge of major SW vendor metrics Microsoft, IBM, VMWare, Oracle.
·  Fluent in English, good verbal communication skills.
·  Good understanding of IT framework, basic infrastructure and IT services.
·  MS Excel Advanced Level Pivot Tables, Functions and Formulas
·  Desirable skills Systems Good level of French
