WORK YOU'LL DO

HCM Software Delivery Consultant will help clients with the implementation and ongoing support of HCM software applications project implementations, training, support, pre-sales. Support SuccessFactors implementation projects data quality data migration auditing.

Help delivery and installation of the tools for our clients. 50 to 70% traveling across North America (Canada and USA) supporting clients with installation and/or training

Desired profile

Qualifications :

WHO WE´RE LOOKING FOR?
·  Experienced with SAP HCM any module, preferably Personnel Admin, Org Management, Payroll
·  3 years SuccessFactors Employee Central
·  3 Years Project Management
·  3 years Stakeholder Client Management
·  3 Years Professional skills SAP SuccessFactors certification would be an asset, not required
·  Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

Professional Skills Qualifications:
·  Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment
·  Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
·  Desire to work in an information systems environment
·  Demonstrated leadership, teamwork and collaboration in professional setting; either military or civilian
