The role of a Procurement Services Operational Supervisor is to be the central point of contact for overall EMEA procurement operations. In this role you partner with managers to execute processes and deliver exceptional service. This person will assist our client's employees to successfully navigate the procurement process to meet their procurement needs. The Procurement Services Operational Supervisor will be overseeing the EMEA procurement team assisting the supplier in completing requisite documents and assist Accounts Payable in resolving processing issues.

What will you do:

· Provide exceptional customer service throughout the procurement process, including setting customer expectations, gathering requirements, performing the necessary procurement activities, communicating timely status updates, and ensuring customer satisfaction
· Managing efficient, smooth EMEA Procurement operations delivery
· Working with internal customer and supplier, provide all relevant information and documents to assist Contract Services, Strategic Sourcing and Legal in their reviews and negotiations.
· Initiate supplier qualification process using the appropriate tool, and collaborate with Supplier Maintenance throughout the supplier qualification process
· Update procurement tickets on a timely basis to communicate status and issues to internal customers and key stakeholders

Qualifications :

·  5+ years experience in purchasing/procurement environment or customer service related experience
·  2+ years experience in supervising small team
·  Strong oral and written communication skills
·  Able to multitask in a fast paced work environment
·  Proficiency with productivity tools, including MS Office and Google Apps
