People in our Client Delivery & Operations career track drive delivery and capability excellence through the design, development and/or delivery of a solution, service, capability or offering. They grow into delivery-focused roles, and can progress within their current role, laterally or upward.

The Learning Operations Advisor improves organization performance and achieve program goals by developing and executing end-to-end project management activities. They demonstrate creativity and flexibility when creating and driving project plans and estimates, scope and requirements from implementation to deployment. Proactively manage and report on execution of deliverables. Master communicators across multiple stakeholders aligning priorities and direction

Key Responsibilities

· Advises learning event program owners on the operational requirements necessary to bring their course design to life
· Identifies and documents resource requirements based on program complexity, needs, and timeline
· Develops, documents, and launches new operational processes that will support the successful execution and scaling of learning events
· Provides program owners with guidance on available services, standard processes, and best practices for learning operations
· Provides learning event design considerations (e.g., room layout, catering, registration approach) to enhance event experience and support learning objectives
· Creates workback plans outlining key milestones, activities, and deliverables necessary to prepare for a learning event launch
· Creates end-to-end learning event plans and production scripts, and oversees handoff to event teams to ensure sessions are executed as requested, with consistency and quality
· Identifies 3rd party operational support requirements e.g., facilities, catering, technology, facilitation and identifies scalable approach for meeting the requirements
· Provides guidance and directs work of team members
· Supports continuous improvement processes for program, including contributing to and maintaining operations knowledge base and service guide
· Travels on an as needed basis to oversee global pilot launches for high priority learning events up to 20%, with some anticipated overtime while traveling

Qualifications :

Basic Qualifications:

·  Minimum of 2 years of process mapping or design experience
·  Minimum of 2 years of project management experience

Preferred Qualifications

·  Bachelors degree
·  Client facing in a corporate environment
·  Corporate Event Planner or Learning Coordinator experience
·  Experience with executive level audiences
·  Relevant certifications CMP, CMM, SMMC
