Your job
In this job you will be focusing on delivering integration solutions to Workday clients. You will be designing solutions that results in streamlined data communication between Workday and other vendors. Main responsibilities are designing, building, and testing integration solutions that are part of the Workday deployment. In the role of junior Workday Technology consultant, the work in environment will include client interactions and you are in charge of integrations activities supported by your technical lead or supervisor. Together with your supervisor you will analyze challenging business requirement and build integrations running on innovative technologies. The team and department are growing at a fast pace, which gives you endless possibilities to craft your career the way you want; both horizontal as well as vertical of your own choice of expertise.

The average workday of a junior Workday consultant

· Status meeting with your supervisor
· Attend client meetings and gather business requirements
· Build technical integrations with downstream systems
· Test your integration in downstream systems
· Discuss the outcome of your integrations with your supervisor
· Present the best solution to your client

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Your background

·  Master or bachelor's degree, preferable in computer sciences or information technology.
·  Experience with XML , XSLT is an advantage
·  Preferable a background in coding (Java)
·  Desire to work in an HR information systems (HRIS) environment
·  Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
·  Strong analytical skills
·  Drive to make complex issues simple and understandable for the clients
·  Aspiration to lead the integration stream in future projects
