Human Resources Summer Internship

Location: London
Duration: 8 weeks (July and August 2019)

Internship Overview

Join us over the summer and you can expect an intensive experience working on a critical HR program, in collaboration with exceptionally talented people across Accenture.

You will have the opportunity to:
· Work on diverse local and global Human Resources priorities in areas such as Talent Strategy, Talent Supply Chain, Talent Architecture, Talent Analytics, Field Human Resources, and Learning & Talent Development
· Develop business acumen in addition to foundational and functional Human Resources skills

Qualifications :

What academic qualifications do you need?

·  Current students in their penultimate year of university, graduating in the summer of 2020
·  On track for a 2:1
·  Strong academic background
·  HR-related degree or modules, or proven interest in HR (i.e. through work experience)

What's in it for you?

On completion of your internship and on successful completion of your degree, you will be considered to participate in the Accenture Human Resources development program. You will have an opportunity to work on two to three different assignments across HR disciplines and business areas. You will also have an opportunity to travel on an international assignment to work on a local assignment in a different country. This will help you develop a global mindset and understand how we translate our vision in an extraordinarily local way in a different country.

Throughout the program, you will have an opportunity to develop your functional and professional skills through ongoing classroom and virtual learning.

Please note that the internship will run for 8 weeks during July and August 2019, so please only apply if you are available for this period. Candidates who are currently employed by a client of Accenture or an affiliated Accenture business may not be eligible for consideration.
