The work:

· Provide technical support in Network Operations
· Support day to day operations of the network infrastructure across the company
· Support tickets using the CR process
· Travel and provide on-site support and when needed
· Participate in operational projects

Qualifications :

Here's what you need:
·  3 year(s) of experience in LAN technologies (switches, routers, wireless and firewalls) including centralized monitoring and management in large-scale, high-availability environments
·  2 year(s) of experience in large scale LAN/WAN switching and routing implementation and operation with specific knowledge of VLAN, VPN and Metro Ethernet networking
·  2 year(s) of experience in IT infrastructure, TCP/IP, networking and information system security principles, practices and technologies
·  2 year(s) of experience working with core Internet routing protocols and services
·  2 year(s) of experience working with Juniper SRX firewalls
·  2 year(s) of experience working with Cisco ASA firewalls
·  2 year(s) of experience working with F5 configuration and principles
·  6-12 months of experience with QoS and LAN traffic management techniques
·  6-12 months of experience with Solarwinds monitoring platforms

Bonus points if:

· 
You've previously worked on US Federal engagements

· 
You're familiar with Federal NIST standards and guidelines

· 
You're able to quickly troubleshoot any network issues and provide sound solutions

Important information

This role requires US citizenship with no dual US citizenship accepted.

An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
