Serve as a coach and leader in utilizing Agile practices and methodologies to conceptualize ideas and deliver valued solutions. Coach teams through complex situations to achieve the greatest level of efficiency in applying Agile values, principles, frameworks, and approaches. Build, lead and develop approach to Agile methodology to drive impact and deliver results across the enterprise through the use of analysis, design, development, testing and management. Drive the Program wide Agile adoption strategy and rollout of strategic execution plans. Sustain Agile methodologies and continuously develop strategies for improvement. Serve as an escalation for impediment removal for the Scrum Masters and scrum teams, as well as hands-on role in consultative capacity help raise and tackle complex impediments. Ability to lead complex strategic engagements with a high degree of autonomy in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications :

Basic Qualifications:


·  4 years of experience in successfully leading large-scale Agile transformations with methods such as XP, Scrum, Lean, or Kanban
·  1 year of experience working with a SAFe environment
·  Hands-on experience applying Lean / Agile methodologies within software, infrastructure, hardware, and operational environments
·  Agile or Scaled Agile certifications (SPC) or similar
·  Bachelor's degree (BA/BS)

Preferred Skills:

· 
Strong communication, facilitation, persuasion and influence, decision making, and conflict resolution skills

An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
