Finance Process Associate

Team Background:
The Client Financial Management (CFM) Global Training team has responsibility for the core CFM training curriculum, supporting approximately 3,600 CFMs worldwide. We address training gaps by working with CFM Operations, CFM Leadership and other key stakeholders/SMEs by creating/communicating new training offerings to CFM through a variety of delivery channels. The team is made of 1 Mgr, 2 Spec, 2 Sn An.

Job Description :
The Finance Process Associate will be responsible for the end-to-end planning of the CFM Foundational Trainings and working on activities that affect the day-to-day logistics and development functions in support of CFM Global Training. It is a demanding and responsible role with regular deliverables and global stakeholders. The candidate will report to the CFM Global Training Lead.

Key Responsibilities:
· Work with key stakeholders to set up courses adhering to fiscal year plan
· Update and closely manage training delivery checklists to ensure deadlines are met and global processes are followed
· Manage Sharepoint surveys and distribute compiled results to stakeholders
· Lead training preparation calls/ debrief calls with faculties to review key information
· Use CFM tools as required to help maintain course content and delivery requirements
· Maintain CFM Global Training fiscal year plan and track actuals to forecasts
· Document and analyze course feedback. Escalate any urgent feedback to appropriate person for resolution
· Support monthly CFM Brown Bag Webcast calls
· Compile, analyze and distribute monthly metrics report on CFM course completions, Learning Boards and Webcasts
· Assist with reviews and updates to training materials for courses

Qualifications :

Skills:
·  Strong oral, written, presentation and facilitation skills
·  Strong planning, organizational and time management skills
·  Ability to cope under pressure, managing multiple activities and priorities within tight timeframes while maximising value for the client
·  Ability to work effectively as part of a cross-functional, cross-cultural team
·  Ability to develop effective business relationships with all levels
·  Strong knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel; Sharepoint and collaboration tools
·  Understanding of basic finance concepts including CFM work and tools used in CFM
·  Self-starter and ability to directs own work effort
·  High energy, passion, and a good sense of humor
Educational Qualification:
·  Degree or Post graduate degree preferably with emphasis in Accounting or Finance
Other:
·  As it is a global role, candidate will need to be flexible in work schedule and to accommodate (as needed) group calls/ meetings with other geographies. Heavy overtime is not anticipated but will need to work overtime as and when required.
