A Project Manager responsible for leading strategic projects that contributes to signiļ¬cant ļ¬nancial success of the corporation.
The Project Manager will partner with various stakeholders throughout the U.S. Commercial organization to strategically manage critical projects that contribute to building the capabilities of the US Commercial Organization and to the financial success of the corporation.
The Project Manager manages strategic project priorities, schedules, and project resources to meet budget, timeline and quality goals:

Ā·  Manage budget through close communication with the functional areas and communicate to ļ¬nance and leadership as appropriate.
Ā·  Work as part of a cross-functional team to ensure quality and timely delivery of projects.
Ā·  Build/drive complex inter-department relationships and teamwork.
Ā·  Evaluate project plans to identify budget, resource, and schedule conļ¬‚icts and communicate to management.
Ā·  Challenge and make speciļ¬c project recommendations to team to achieve best possible budget, timeline and resource utilization.
Ā·  Identify issues impacting cross functional team alignment, and recommend issue resolutions.

Key Job Responsibilities:

Ā·  Responsible for compliance with applicable policies and procedures.
Ā·  Provides leadership and centralized management for the planning, development and execution of large projects or programs to achieve key strategic business objectives.
Ā·  Manages multiple projects and consistently meets expectations.
Ā·  Understands the business needs and has a thorough knowledge of customer strategic needs when developing a project scope.
Ā·  Integrates technology and business needs when deļ¬ning project scope.
Ā·  Leads the projects in using established Project Management tools and techniques to stay within authorized budget limits and achieve the overall project and organizational objectives.
Ā·  Ensures quality and eļ¬€ectiveness of key results of major projects through sound design, early risk assessments, and implementation of fallback strategies.
Ā·  Acts as an advisor to management.
Ā·  Sets a clear direction for improving project design / outcome within the framework of the corporate strategy.

Ā·  Bachelor's degree
Ā·  3 years of project management experience
Ā·  Strong operations experience managing projects and service delivery against targeted Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
Ā·  Possess proven project management and organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to work autonomously and lead large scale projects conducted in complex organization matrices

Preferred Qualifications:

Ā·  Master's degree, especially MBA or advanced degree
Ā·  Project Management Institute (PMI) and/or Six Sigma Black Belt certification
