JOB DESCRIPTION:
To lead, develop and execute integrated digital communication initiatives, delivering ROI and competitive advantage and differentiation in line with our business and customer engagement strategies to support EPD portfolio short and long-term strategy in Turkey & CIS & Israel.
- To drive regional initiatives and ensuring alignment and adoption of best practices, guidelines and policies by all Regional EPD affiliates
- To understand the possibilities of digital technologies and translate that into customer value with best in class digital initiatives, mobile, content and usability
- Proactive digital hygiene, monitoring digital analytics and improving or closing poor performing digital assets and improving our digital awareness and effectiveness
- Coordinates and collaborates with Local Brand Managers to produce high business impact technology solutions that drive growth
- Responsible for ensuring digital marketing and technical standards, compliance, regulatory and ethics are implemented and high-quality scores and digital metrics are continuously achieved, in a structured and pro-active manner
- Ensure any digital marketing activities will bring added value to our customers (patients, doctors, pharmacists)
- Support marketing teams in implementing technology best practices, including management of external agencies
- Ensure insight mining is part of the digital agenda
- To recommend scalable content and experiences along the customer journey from awareness to advocacy, leveraging data to ensure customer relevance
- Leadership of content deployment/localization in the selected alternative channels
- To guide successful content strategies across region and support the strategy for customer experiences and ensure successful implementation in our markets
- To drive the digital Acare initiatives delivering doctor, patient, pharmacy advocacy
- Engage Marketers, Medical Advisors, Commercials, FF and other functions into multi-channel communication implementation
- Partner closely with Global Team and affiliates to develop multi-channel communication activities
Core Job Responsibilities:
- Lead digital initiatives in the TR & CIS & Israel Region
- Ensure the digital program design allows ease of access, SEO, navigation and usability and most importantly engagement
- Ensure all digital technology and systems are fully monitored, continuously improved KPIs, usability and are secure from hacking and meet legal, medical, and regulatory and brand requirements
- Apply advanced digital technology to support multichannel communication programs and added value communication strategies
- Manage digital marketing projects execution in time and on budget for assigned products' portfolio including but not limited to acare, websites, video detailing, phone calls, e-mailing, SMS reminder, webinars, webcasts, social sites, apps, video production etc.
- Ensure the systems can support data selection required
- Ensure ROI is facilitated through digital technology
- Work closely with regional insight champions to ensure customer insights are used to shape digital technology design and activation
- Support the marketing in developing digital assets as part of the multichannel and marketing plan
- Liaise closely with other departments and engage stakeholders to ensure the customer centric approach and tools are fully embedded across all integrated digital assets, and ensure ROI is demonstrated
- Ensure maximum use of personalization to deliver relevant messages via the digital channels to the right target at the right time
- Define and drive set of customer centric marketing deliverables (toolkits, guidelines, and best practices) to help business to leverage their capabilities
- Demonstrate appropriate knowledge and understanding of internal departments and culture
- Comply with all the relevant and required OEC procedures, documents and conditions
Minimum Education:
- Professional Diploma in Digital Marketing
- Economics/business university degree (masters equivalent) or scientific degree with strong business acumen preferred but not essential if proven experience matches
Minimum Experience/Training Required:
- Proactive and can-do and assertive attitude is a must with proven track record of driving digital within a business
- Minimum 3 years of international experience in Digital Marketing
- Strong capability and understanding of digital technologies (Web, mobile, , eCommerce, Internet of Things, CRM, Call Center, Augmented reality, Virtual reality, Artificial Intelligence, etc) and continuously getting up to date with the digital innovations
- Experience in the healthcare and pharma and emerging markets as a plus
- Skills: Highly analytical, excellent communication skills, experienced in project management, high level business English (1 other language preferred), team player, innovative, proactive, solution oriented, customer focused, business acumen
