JOB DESCRIPTION:
Outpatient Sales Rep- Therapeutic Nutrition
In this sales role, your territory will include Internal Medicine, Primary Care, and Oncology accounts. Typical call points include: Physicians, Nursing, Medical Assistants, Administration, and Nutrition Services. You will be responsible for creating relationships, maintaining relationships, and effectively elevating the importance of nutrition by identifying and providing the win:win solution Abbott products create to secure commitments for recommendations that will drive sales. While obtaining customer commitments is vital to your success, holding customers accountable by ensuring compliance is just as important. The territory will include Birmingham, Huntsville, Tuscaloosa, Montgomery, and Chattanooga.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:
•Responsible for executing sales initiatives designed to exceed established sales goals.
•Ability to work closely with District Manager and interdisciplinary teams to execute the sales direction.
•Ability to identify customer needs and deliver on sales opportunities accordingly.
•Utilize Abbott Nutrition promotional materials to targeted healthcare professionals.
•Must prioritize the utilization of resources to drive return on investment.
•Plan and organize to maximize focus on top priorities.
