JOB DESCRIPTION:
For Abbott Nutrition Division we are currently looking for a dynamic, ambitious person to join our Sales team. This position will cover the Rijeka territory with surroundings. This will be a maternity leave cover contract (18 months definite period).
The purpose of the role:

Fulfilling trimester sales plan and proactive in territory management
·
Maintaining sales call frequencies and number of doctor and pharmacy visits
·
Maintaining segmentation and targeting
·
Providing weekly call and activity reports
·
Implementing all agreed projects
·
Complying with expense reporting practices
Core job responsibilities:
·
Achieve or exceed Cycle Sales Plan on assigned territory
·
Defend/increase market share/ growth and identify business opportunities
·
Build effective business relationships with health care partners and customers
·
Ensure high-quality sales calls and excellence in selling skills
·
Maintain f2f call frequencies and number of doctor and pharmacy visits
·
Regular segmentation and targeting
·
Anticipate market trends, analyses sales data understand competitors and market changes
·
Ensure tenders in respective hospitals, pumps & sets tracking
·
Expense reports as per accounting procedures / expenses within budget.
Desired qualifications:
·
Relevant experience in sales (preferably medical / nutritional / pharmaceutical areas)
·
University degree (preferably commercial, pharmaceutical, nursing or similar)
·
Very good level of English (both written and spoken)
·
Service and results orientation
·
Excellent listening and communication abilities
·
Problem solving, initiative, and teamwork
·
Strong organization skills
