JOB DESCRIPTION:
Abbott Pharmaceuticals Division is currently looking for experienced District Field Force Manager to manage its business in hospital channel or pharmacy channel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning & developing sales activities in the assigned area
- Managing and supervising sales representatives to achieve target assigned by the Sales Department
- Managing & training Sales Team, support the team in assigned area
- Handling issues relating to Sales Operation in the area within the given authority
- Accept and implement extra assignment related to the common goal of the Company
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Medicine is required for position in hospital channel
- Able to handle operation jobs achieve target through management skills such as territory management, route management, meeting, communication, negotiation, team work, customer service
- Built and led a team to successfully deliver strong results; able to empower and align team members around common objectives and enable them to achieve the objectives
- At least 5 years of Sales experience required, in which at least 2 years experience at Manager level with significant achievements
