Internship - MY ABB Customer portal data support

For our Robotics and Motion Division - Business Unit Robotics located in Sesto San Giovanni (MI), we are looking for an intern who will take care of MyABB portal, a platform to manage customer needs.

Tasks:

You will have to support the backoffice in a brand new activity: creation and management of the accesses of the clients' of our Robotics division to our MyABB page.
In this page the client can assess to all the databases and he can download some purchase documents.
You provide internal and external customer support (e.g. technical) and coordinate with relevant resources to have complete case ownership and to increase customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

To cover this role you have a technical background and a good English level. It's important you have a good ananlytical skills and be able to managing relationships with different customers.

The willingness to learn and a proactive attitude will complete your profile.
