ABB Switzerland Ltd, High Voltage Products, is renowned worldwide as a specialist for power transmission and distribution. Our unit Gas Insulated Switchgears (GIS), based in Zürich-Oerlikon, is active in the development and production of gas insulated switching systems. We ensure the high reliability of our systems by using state-of-the-art development tools and methods. Join our team as a student trainee or intern to Process Management within incoming quality control for six months within our High Voltage Service Unit. As a student you will be supporting us in analyzing and improving the existing processes in the field of incoming control. We offer you a dynamic environment with ambitious targets as well as pioneering spirit. You will be working independently and benefit from a professional team set up as well as our image as a premium brand within the industry.

Tasks:

- Process analysis and optimization of current processes of our incoming quality control
- Documentation and visualization of new processes within MS Visio
- Standardization of working instructions and creation of new instructions
- Actual-target analysis of existing processes

Requirements:

- Study engineering sciences, industrial engineering or Business Administration
- Completed Bachelor studies
- Analytical abilities combined with good organizational skills
- Fluent in English and German
- Good knowledge within MS Office
