Buyer Intern

Job description

We are looking for a Buyer intern to join our team in Budapest!

Tasks:

• Initiate workflow for transports from external suppliers to European warehouses
• Follow up deliveries in terms of punctuality
• Daily contact with Transportation team & Warehouse Staff
• Preparing standard report: overdue non-stock available customer ordes, inventory situation, open purchase orders, exception messages report
• Entering to SAP documents: suppliers order confirmations & delivery notes
• Issue Purchase orders to suppliers with buyer verification
• Support Team Leader and Buyers at other ad-hoc reports & quarter closing activities

Requirements:

• Ongoing College/University studies or just finished College/University
• Able to work min. 24 hours/week
• Fluent in English
• Working level of Microsoft Office applications, advanced level of Microsoft Excel
• Great communication skills
• Quick and accurate working
• Problem solving skills, ability to make action orientated decisions
• Able to work both independently and as a member of team
• Flexibility and stress resistancy
• Development intentions
