Application Engineer for Automotive Aftermarket

·  Delivers technical & product values for customer success
·  Implements customer training, seminar and demonstration for developing Biz. opportunities
·  Lead a new product development or a product modification of existing products
·  Prepare technical reports documenting work performed.  Present results, conclusions and recommendations to customers and 3M personnel as needed
·   Collaborate with global technical teams and exchange technical information

 



·  Bachelor’s degree inChemistry / Chemical engineering
·  1~5 years experience of Automotive Aftermarket or related industry
·  Knowledge in Car care solutions (Cleaner, Compound, Wax)
·  Knowledge in Chemical regulations (K-REACH etc.)
·  English communication skill for Global communication in oral and written English
·  High priority mind to Business growth & Customer relevance
·  Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to influence people and organizations at multiple levels

 

Preferred Qualifications:

·  Master's degree in Chemistry
·  Experience of Automotive AftermarketExpert in Car care solutions (Cleaner, Compound, Wax)
·  Expertin chemical regulations (K-REACH etc.)
·  Ability to work independently to complete projects, as well as, work with cross-functional teams
·  Microsoft Office proficient
