The Creative Center is the inhouse agency of Zalando developing and executing creative ideas and concepts for internal/corporate communication as well as external/customer communication. The range of projects varies in scale and type from digital or print only to 360° including owned, bought, earned media as well as events. Furthermore the Creative Center works across all Zalando markets and with various internal stakeholders.

The Project Management Department is part of the Creative Center and manager as well as central point of contact for and within every project that is handled in the creative center. Project Management ensures a smooth process and delivery of project results/assets in time and quality, as well as constant alignment with the stakeholders involved in the project.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

·  You’ll be responsible for managing international 360° campaigns (developed and executed inhouse, global/ local) and creative-related projects from first initiative to end-result in close collaboration with client, creative pillars, all touch-points as well as the further numerous interfaces (e.g. Categories, Customer Experience).
·  You’ll manage (de-)briefing process and write creative brief.
·  You’ll conduct planning, milestone management, alignment & approval management (incl. management of presentation preparation, formal quality check, budget alignment, meeting coordination, documentation) and ensure smooth execution.
·  You take strong leadership of the cross-functional campaign-/ project-teams to ensure that goals are effectively achieved.
·  You’ll ensure a hands-on and solution oriented mindset of the team and identify drivers for improvements.

Desired profile

YOUR PROFILE

·  You hold a Bachelor’s degree in business, economics or a similar field and/ or have at least 2-4 years of experience in account management, agency-background is a must, online-experience a plus.
·  You have excellent project management skills to steer and organize different internal and external cross-functional stakeholders and feel comfortable when you drive projects autonomously
·  You have strong analytical skills and you enjoy flying high and diving deep.
·  You’re structured and goal-oriented way of working helps you to face even complex challenges.
·  You’ve strong communication and inter-personal skills and enjoy working in an international environment, also together with creative people, and on strategic and operational, process-related level.
·  You have a strong ability to motivate all to pull in the same direction.
·  Driving efficiency is one of your credos, which you apply in all your work as well as in the conception and implementation of optimization-initiatives.
·  You can use Power Point or Keynote, Excel and Word in your sleep.
·  Your English skills are fluent and impressive, German is a plus.
·  Affinity for Fashion and E-commerce is a plus.
