The Zalando Operations business unit combines customer care, logistics, content creation and payment for all international Zalando shops. Zalando Logistics is responsible for all logistics and stands for the fast and uncomplicated delivery of the Zalando products. In our logistics centers throughout the Germany, dispatch workers, logistics specialists, process managers and personnel and IT specialists work.
Together we make sure that everything runs smoothly and quickly to support our 15 European Zalando “country shops”, multiple logistics and returns centres.
We are continuing to grow and looking for you as a reinforcement, in a permanent position in Berlin.

Your Challenges
· You will support and own the planning, control and implementation of strategic projects for organizational development and optimization of business processes for new and existing transport initiatives
· You are supporting and planning projects for the integration of new KEP partners and new services
· You will identify any optimization potentials as well as perform independent analysis and development of processes for improved quality and efficiency improvement
· You will work and control and report with key account holders, subproject management of cross-departmental project and 3 rd party teams, on key initiatives
· You will be responsible for project cost, budget input and financial analysis

You Bring with You
· You have successfully completed a degree in business, logistics or transport
· First professional experience in the field of logistics, transport and / or business development are an advantage
· First experience in project management is an advantage
· You have very good MS Office skills, especially Excel
· You have negotiable German and excellent English skills
· Problem solving competence, analytical and conceptual thinking are among your strengths
· You can have high resilience and flexibility in times of high workload
· You have organizational skills, team spirit and communication skills
· Occasional business travel is an enrichment
