Your responsibilities

·  You are responsible for brand and performance campaigns on new and innovative platforms (e.g. Snapchat, Pinterest, content discovery platforms)
·  You set up campaigns and customize these per campaign type and goal
·  You steer and optimize the campaigns towards the target KPIs
·  You perform in-depth analysis of each campaign and come up with suggestions for continuous improvement
·  You proactively experiment with new partner and new features from existing partner in order to drive innovation
·  You assist the planning of executive strategic testings
·  You have a regular exchange with Cross-Channel-Marketing in order to understand the country needs
·  You will be assisting with daily reportings within the team and to other departments.
·  You will be involved in external partner communication

Your Skills

·  You’ve 1-2+ years of experience in Display Advertising
·  You’re highly motivated and pride yourself on delivering high-quality work
·  You are number-driven and have a strong analytical background
·  You’re detail-oriented and are able to work independently
·  You possess strong communication skills
·  You’re a master of finding efficient solutions and developing processes that are effective
·  You help to foster continued growth of innovation and knowledge within your team
·  You are an experienced user of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel
·  You have excellent English skills
