PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

SAP accounts Payable is a collection of services in the area of finance which automate manual processes by using machine learning capabilities. The team is self organized and consists of developers, data scientists, designer, business developer, product owner and a team manager. We are looking for a highly-motivated individual to support the team with a variety of administration tasks. To success in this role you will need to have good communiation and organizational skills and a strong desire to dive into new areas and drive them to completion. We offer a young an international working environment with flat hierarchies in the heart of Berlin (Hackesher Markt). Fun team events are up to you!

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

As a working student in ICN Berlin, you will support the team manager with organizational and administrative tasks such as:

·  Participation in the preparation of presentations and briefings
·  Organization of meetings and events and driving follow-up events
·  Planning and billing trips
·  Perform general administrative tasks and reporting

 

You will also assist the development team with program management tasks such as:

·  Follow-up on product standards requirements
·  Communication to other teams (licenses, operations, code scans)
·  Driving first interviews with new candidates

 

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

·  Student (f/m) at a university or a university of applied sciences with preferred fields of study: Communications, International business, business administration, economics
·  Computer skills: Work experience with MS Office
·  Language skills: Confident communication in English is required - both written and spoken
·  Soft skills: Ability to work independently; demonstrating commitment and a sense of responsibility; flexibility and readiness to learn new skills at short notice

WORK EXPERIENCE

Previous experience as a an office/administrative assistant is beneficial but not a must.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please describe as well your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
