PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES:

REFUGEES WELCOME!

In the current situation all companies must all step up to the mark in addressing the refugee crisis. Financial assistance, inclusive educational measures and appropriate IT solutions will play an important role. We see it as our responsibility to make a key contribution in all three areas.

Our goal is to offer refugees with a university degree or similar qualifications and experience the opportunity to take part in training and recruitment programs. The interns may use their internship to enable knowledge transfer and enlarge their professional experience. They may also use their internship to check internal job offers and to build up their network within the company. Their mangers and buddies support them with this. Providing access to training opportunities, job prospects, and language training is vital to successful integration and is the only way of giving refugees the chance of a secure and prosperous future.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

·  Build on your studies and get a deeper insight into various functions and how to make them run within SAP! For this we have positions in the area of Management and Administration Support. Getting an insight into the core topic of the departments you are linked to be it in the Development Area, the Finance, HR or Sales these roles offer you the chance to learn and contribute in the area of project management, reporting, meeting preparation for physical and virtual meetings and many more.
·  You have attention to detail, good communication skills, good knowledge of MS Office products are required for this positions.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

·  Degree at a university / university of applied sciences or strong professional experience in the field of: Business Administration or a related field of study
·  Good knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
·  Very good command of English (German optional)
·  Fast learning and ability to think innovative
·  Strong communication skills and well-structured way of working
·  Ability to work in a virtual environment
·  High committed and proactive team player
