Job description

Established in 1994, ETAS GmbH is a 100-percent subsidiary of the Bosch Group, with international subsidiaries and sales offices in 13 countries in Europe, North and South America, and Asia. ETAS provides innovative solutions for the development of embedded systems for the automotive industry and other sectors of the embedded industry. Security solutions in the area of embedded systems are offered by the ETAS subsidiary ESCRYPT.

Tasks

·  As a systems engineer you are accountable for the definition of technical solutions for development tools in the area of advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS)/ highly automated driving (HAD)
·  Your tasks include requirements engineering as well as the generation of technical solution proposals
·  Furthermore you define system integration milestones
·  You are also responsible for the coordination of technical implementation in collaboration with project leaders and product architects

Requirements

·  You possess an engineering degree (computer science, electronics, or related) and have gained at least 3 years of experience in systems engineering
·  Thereby you have gained excellent practical experience and skills coupled with a thorough theoretical knowledge of embedded system development
·  You have also obtained a domain knowledge in the area advanced driver assistance system
·  Your strengths include a detailed knowledge and experience in System Modelling as well as a strong expertise and experience with real-time communication systems
·  Good communication skills and the ability to work structured and independently characterize you
·  Excellent English and German language skills in written and spoken (level C1) are mandatory for our international company and complement your profile
