JOB PURPOSE/ROLE

The Global Digital Factory (GDF) is the new digital delivery arm of Allianz Group. We build engaging customer
experiences for Allianz customers across the globe. GDF is one of the pillars of Allianz' Single Digital Agenda and part of the Group Digital Transformation department.
The Global Digital Factory Team is tasked to bring together various entities within the Allianz Group to deliver optimized customer experiences throughout existing business models worldwide. We aim to improve existing digital customer journeys and touchpoints and set the customer into the center of all digital efforts. In our daily work we are intensively collaborating with colleagues from various countries in an international and multicultural setting. Together we are shaping a new way of global collaboration in an agile and inspiring setting.

As a member of the “Ideation Team” at Allianz Global Digital Factory you support international Allianz projects in fostering user-centered design and design thinking. Depending on your qualification this is for example: user experience testing, user research, UX expert reviews, visual or interaction UI design.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As one of your core tasks, you support projects in planning and performing user experience tests and activities for user research. Furthermore, you act as a technical supervisor in our User Experience Lab during test sessions and benchmark new technology for user testing

UX Lab: Support to develop and pilot new UX testing setups

UX Lab: Technical supervision during user experience test sessions

Help set up and run design thinking activities within projects

Help prepare workshops and awareness sessions

KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Ideally: Knowledge in user-centered evaluation and/or design thinking

Affinity to technology

Proactive behavior/drive

Good communicational skills

Good knowledge of English

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Job start and duration: internship: immediately / 38 hours per week for min. six months
working student: immediately / 20 hours per week
